Job Description: The Senior Recruiter will specialize in client and candidate management. As part of client management, this role will be expected to work with stakeholders to understand all requirements in order to be able to provide them with the best candidate fit for the role. Management of candidates would include performing the initial stages of recruitment, management of all interviews, and the job offer. An adept recruiter with exceptional recruitment skills for hard-to-find roles, proactive, creative, resourceful, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment is what the ideal candidate looks like.

Key Responsibilities:
Client Management Understand job requisitions through calibrations and or provided job descriptions and execute sourcing plans for identifying potential candidates (Client calibration for new and existing clients)
Job Description review, modification, and sign-off
Endorse processed and quality candidates to the clients
Facilitate client interviews
Weekly pipeline updates for new and existing clients (in the form of calls/emails/clients preference)
De-escalation/prevention of escalation
Address general queries from clients or direct them to the proper channel (CSM, HR, Sales, IT, Accounting and Finance, etc.)
Transition of responsibilities to HR and CSM once a candidate has signed the job offer
Team Management Requisition allocation
Performance management of team members, including but not limited to coaching, monitoring of recruiters compliance to quality candidate endorsements, client interviews, and comprehensive Zoho (ATS) updates
Candidate pipeline monitoring - make sure all requisitions have a good traction at any given time
Requisition and Database Management Manage own assigned requisitions as required Work closely with the Sourcing team and Recruitment Partner
Report directly to the Recruitment Manager Help maintain the recruitment master file on a daily basis
Consistent usage of internal trackers/systems for proper documentation of processes and data safeguarding
Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to have: Bachelors/College Degree specializing in Human Resources, Psychology, or other related fields.
A minimum of 4-5 years' end-to-end recruitment and selection/talent acquisition, preferably in a BPO/Offshoring industry with Australian and US clients.
A proven track record in permanent placement recruitment, with an understanding and keen interest in an offshore industry.
Experienced in using social media platforms to attract candidates.
Experience using Zoho, ATS, and job boards (e.g. JobStreet, Indeed, and the likes).
Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
Can represent the company with the utmost professionalism, enthusiasm, and energy to sell the organization to prospective candidates.
Outstanding candidate and process management experience.
Ability to manage expectations and deliver results within agreed time-frames.
Possesses a positive mindset, capable of solving problems and work under pressure.
Additional details: Must be willing to work onsite in Ortigas, Pasig
Dayshift schedule (6am to 3pm Manila time)
