As a part of this team, you will have the unique opportunity to be a part of driving IBM's ongoing transformation as a company that continuously innovates and leads the market.Your Role and Responsibilities**Key Responsibilities**:Provide Introduction Call for New ApplicantsContact applicants and hiring managers to coordinate and schedule interviewsConfirm attendance for HM InterviewsGenerate and send offer letters/packages (internal only)Keep Applicant Tracking System (ATS) always updatedPerform other miscellaneous duties as required by managementMonitor background vendor activity and work in tandem with our vendors to complete applicant background/drug processingKick-off onboarding activitiesCommunicate the decision of the applicant to all recruitment support groups by updating the applicant management database and sending out status notificationSend and/or draft offer lettersRequired Technical and Professional ExpertiseAt least 1+ years' experience in an office environment using the telephone and computer as the primary instrument to perform job duties and/or dealing with customers in a high demanding customer service environmentAt least 1 years' experience in Human Resources and/or StaffingAbility to balance high volume workload with 100% accuracyProven solid attendance record with all past employmentTechnically savvy, strong aptitude to learning technology and using internet-based systemsModerate level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)Experience working with a teamExcellent grammar and written communication skillsFluency in EnglishPreferred Technical and Professional ExpertiseTechnically savvy, strong aptitude to learning technology and using internet based systems.Moderate level of proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)Excellent grammar and written communication skillsIntroductionAt IBM, we know that transformation drives change, and it is in our DNA to continuously transform.
