  • How do I register my company? Does it cost?

  • What services do you provide and what are your costs?

  • How will you handle my data?
    Our security policies are completely trustworthy. Information about the Companies is kept strictly confidential and is visible only to findojobs. The data provided allow us to corroborate the veracity of the registered companies. In this way we position ourselves as a reliable source for candidates using our portal.
  • What is "My Company" and what is it for?

    "My Company" is the space we provide you with to manage your data within findojobs. You can post job offers, manage the applications made to each of them, and view the resumes from our database that are suggested in each offer.
  • How do I modify my company details?

    Inside "My Company", in the "Edit company details" section. Adding information about your company is at no extra cost. Name, Logo and Company Description are data that help differentiate you within the portal.
  • Did you forget your password?
    On the Companies login page you have the option "I forgot my password". Enter your username and we will send you a link to reset your password.
  • How do I post a job offer on findojobs?
    To post a job offer you must go to the "Post offer" button. From this section you will be able to select what type of diffusion you want to give it. The form that you must fill in with the vacant position data will be displayed. At the end you must select the payment method you will use. Once the payment is credited the offer will be active.
  • How do I manage my offers?
    From "My Company" or in the "My offers", you have the possibility to publish a new offer through the "Publish offer", or view and manage previously published offers, as well as the applications received for each of them.
  • Where do I receive the CVs of the applicants?
    From the "My offers" section, you can see the list of offers you have published, and the number of applicants who have applied to your offers. An indicator marks the new applications since the last time you reviewed them.
  • What are suggested candidates?
    When an offer becomes active, the system offers up to 50 suggested candidates that match the job profile. Although these candidates did not apply for the offer, they have expressed their desire to have maximum visibility of their data in findojobs. These candidates had activity on the portal in the last 6 months.
  • How do I edit or deactivate an offer?
    From the "My offers" section, you can view the list of offers you published, see their current status, and change it to Completed: by clicking on the offer title you will find a menu with the option.... You can also "Edit" an offer, to change the data you see fit to an offer already published.
