Recruitment Assistant (Project Based)

Paper screen and assess applicants based on the requirements of each Department.- Schedule and conduct interviews for rank and file and supervisor-level applicants.- Update trackers, create and update reports, and regularly inform the TA Manager and Requesting Manager about the status of processed applicants and manpower requirements.- Assist the team with some administrative duties.**Qualifications**:- University degree level education (Psychology, HR, and other related degrees)- With 6 months to 1 year of experience in end-to-end recruitment- Well-versed in English and Filipino- Willing to work onsite in Santolan Town Plaza, San Juan City on a project-based contract (3 months, renewal based on company's needs)**Job Type**: TemporaryContract length: 3 months**Salary**: From Php18,000.00 per monthSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shift- Monday to Friday**Education**:- Bachelor's (required)**Experience**:- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)**Language**:- English (preferred)
