People Operations Manager

Job Description:
Maintain and enhance the organization's people operation Evaluating employee relation and human resources policies, programs, and practices Ensures legal complience by monitoring and implementing applicable human resource federal Maintains management guidelines by preparing, updating, and recommending human resource policies and procedures Prepare employee for assignments by establishing and conducting orientation (on boarding program) Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results by training managers to coach and discipline employees Maintains Pixel People job result by counseling and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results. Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Psychology or any related field At least 3 years of experience working in the Human Resource and General Affairs area Advance analytical and organizational skills Strong managerial and leadership skills Proficiency in English
