Recruitment Specialist

**Basic Tasks and Responsibilities**:- Update, manage, and extract leads from different online portals (such as Social Media, Online Job Portals)- Formulate, propose, and implement various sourcing strategies from different sourcing channels such as online portals and referral programs- Coordinate with various sectors for any community related job caravans (such as job fairs)- Creation of graphics design for any sort of sourcing (and recruitment advertisement) projects (a PLUS factor!)- May help in facilitating initial interviews both onsite and virtual- Updates applicant trackers and othe recruitment-related trackers**Here are the preferred qualifications**:- College Graduate (of any course/program)- At least 6 months of sourcing-recruiting experience for volume hiring (preferably in a BPO/Call Center industry)- Knowledge in MS Excel and with good organizational skill- Willing to work overtime- Is comfortable working on shifting and flexible schedules (morning and midshift schedules)- Comfortable working ONSITE (must be fully vaccinated as per Government guidelines)**Salary**: From Php16,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Employee discount- Flexible schedule- Health insurance- Life insuranceSchedule:- Day shift- Monday to FridaySupplemental pay types:- Bonus pay**Experience**:- Recruitment: 1 year (required)
