Learning And Development Manager

Job Description JOB RESPONSIBILITY:? Take responsbility in designing and implementing learning and capability strategies neeed for the company's workforce. The role requires close coordination and planned enterprise with functional and section heads in the proper identification of needed training interventions. She will also conduct regular coaching, feedback, facilitation, development and support for line leaders in all levels of the organization.
JOB QUALIFCATIONS:
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Human Resource Management / Psychology or equivalent.
At least? 6-10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Knowledge in LMS, facilitation and Training Need Analysis
Applicants must be willing to work in MUNTINLUPA CITY.
Preferably Supervisor or Assistant Manager level
