Human Resources Manager

Job Descriptions
Enhances the organization’s human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and take lead in developing internal structures and HR operational policies and regulation practices.
Maintain the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
Supports organization in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Overseeing onboarding and exit interviews and recommending changes
Conducting employee onboarding and help plan training and development
Ensures planning, monitoring, and appraisal of employee work results, recommend strategies to motivate employees.
Manage employees conduct and disciplinary sanctions as needed and aligned with DOLE regulations
Maintaining and revising the company’s handbook on policies and procedures
Assist with all internal and external HR related matters

Job Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college/university or similar work experience required (Preferably: Psychology graduate)
3+ years of experience in progressively responsible human resource roles

Schedule:
8 hour shift
