This role is crucial to be able to establish the company’s HR policies and procedures and performance evaluation plans; and solve the recruitment needs of the company.

Overall purpose and responsibilities of the role:
This role is expected to maintain and enhance human resources productively, develop a strong manpower, identify talent and deploy professional development programs in order to achieve organizational goals and fulfill employees' needs.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
Bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances or other issues;
Managing the recruitment and selection process;
Administering employee-benefit programs;
Create and implement short-term tactical plans to meet SLA performance metrics and financial targets through the efficient use of Human Resources, Technology and maximization of workforce;
Create training and development programs for all employees;
Leads HR audits to ensure compliance with documentation, policies, procedures and regulations;
Creates reports, analyzes data and provides reports to management regarding HR activity as required;
Drives operational excellence in corporate HR initiatives, processes and practices in the company. Will be responsible for the execution of major initiatives that will require project management and functional expertise in most or all HR areas.
