Job Description:
Maintains and enhances the organization's human resources by planning, implementing, and evaluating employee relations and human resources policies, programs, practices and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy; Oversees the recruitment selection process, staffing, and maintains organization staff by establishing a recruiting, testing, and interviewing program; endorse candidate selection; conducting and analyzing exit interviews; recommending changes for development; Monitors compliance to regulatory concerns regarding employees including SSS, Philhealth, HDMF, BIR and other statutory requirements; Responsible for policy development, documentation, employee relations, company-wide committee facilitation that support the achievement of the organization’s business goals; Monitors employee safety, welfare, wellness, and health; Place a role in the company’s community communication thru memos or cascade on policies/ company announcements; Monitors the employee benefits programs and appraisal of job performance; Monitors time in and out of employees, vacation leaves, sick leaves, offsets, and tardiness; Ensuring that company policy will be strictly implemented across all employees by having stern adherence to the rules and policies of the organization and bridging management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, and other issues; Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Minimum Qualifications:
Proven 1-year working experience People-oriented and results-driven Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics Knowledge of HR systems and databases Ability to recommend strategy on HR best practices Excellent active listening, negotiation and presentation skills Competence to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices BS degree in Psychology or related field
