Job Description
-Assist to payroll process (SSB, Manpower updating, Overtime Management, Attendance Report Checking)
-Prepare weekly report & monthly.
-HR Executive responsibilities include creating referral programs, updating HR policies and overseeing our hiring processes.
Job Requirements
• Bachelor Degree (with HR Certificate (OR) Dip HRM Preferred)
• Minimum 1 year of relevant HR experience.
• Should have an extensive background in Human Resources departments and thorough knowledge of labor legislation.
• Good computer skills especially (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc)
• Good communication & problem solving skill.
• Excellent in English speaking, reading, writing
