Job description: The Administrative Assistant of Project Management Department responsibilities includes working closely with the Head of Project Management to prepare the required materials and equipment for the project within the timeframe. He /She will perform various coordinating tasks with the Technical Engineer and Purchasing Officer to perform the administrative duties in line with the acquisition of project requirement. He/She will ensure that all projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet high-quality standards.
RESPONSIBILITIES Main roles: Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment, materials, and information. Assist in project procurement management. Assist in preparation for budget. Creation Purchase Request thru Acumatica. Process NTC License of projects Sub roles: Ensuring the cost of materials is within the budget. Create and update the equipment and materials monitoring thru Smartsheet. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS Educational Attainment and Experience: Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Marketing or Business Management or equivalent. Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply. Technical Skills: Proficient in documents processing and MS Office applications/ programs. Soft Skills: Multi-tasking skills. With keen attention to details and can work under pressure. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
