Responsibilities: Answer and redirect Golf Club inquiries about company product Communicate with Golf Club with informational updates (contacts, green fees, onboarding, off-boarding). Assist Reservation Center Manager for compliance with required responses to members' emails and club emails for last-minute tee time requests. Assist with the monthly reservation center reports including quarterly usage reports, clubs' monthly invoices; field inquiries as required. Communicate with participating clubs on a regular basis to ensure continuity of message and connectivity to club personnel as to the ongoing benefits of participation in the Network. Perform duties of general support to the company as directed by the supervisor. Necessary Competencies: Supervision and Management Effective communication skills Written and Oral English Organization & Planning skills Time management - Must be able to prioritize assignments to complete work in a timely manner when there are: Changes in workload, assignments, deadlines. Personal Attributes & Experiences Energetic, Pleasant, Patient, Stable Multi-Culturally adaptable Analyze and interpret financial statistics and other data and produce relevant reports. (Volume Analysis, Variance Analysis, Balance Sheets, Income Statements, etc.) Strength in all MS Office applications (Excel / Word / PowerPoint) and proficiency in IT generally. Miscellaneous Position Complexity - Generally works on assignments, which are complex and multi-cultural, involving attention to detail, salesmanship, with a follow-up a necessity, and requiring knowledge of golf club industry and the nuances worldwide, and the company and its resources. Accountability - Works under general and direct supervision with freedom for independent action. However, knows when to ask for help, assistance, or clarification. Contacts and Relationships - Interfaces with all corporate personnel in China and North America. Involves working with worldwide golf club managers and golf administrators who share different values and industry understanding. Requirements College or University degree in Commerce or Business Administration Previous experience in working in a multinational/multi geographic company preferred; Golf & Travel agency experience helpful
