WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT SPECIALIST - SCHEDULER **Job Description**: Responsible for gathering forecasted volume from clients and plug them in the staffing template along with the agents' schedules.Optimizes break/lunch schedules whenever needed, real-time.Responsible for plotting in-office shrinkage into the staffing template for Operations, Quality and Performance Improvement purposes.Communicateswith Operations Teams, Managers, Directors, and clientsAnalyzes forecasted volume trend and optimize agent schedules in real-time to improve customer experience.Qualification: Experience in WFM capacity planning, forecasting, and scheduling is required.Excellent English Communication skillsVery good attendance is a MUSTExcellent attention to detail and very efficient.
