Responsibilities
• Build strong and influential relationships with stakeholders• Provide HR policy guidance and develop sound HR solutions• Improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention• Conduct performance reviews and facilitate career development• Ensure compliance with legal requirements and enforce company policies• Maintain health and safety standards in the workplace• Perform assigned administrative duties
Requirements
• At least three (3) years of experience in a similar role• Solid experience in labor laws, compliance, and policy development• Knowledgeable with change processes in complex organizations• Experience in leading and implementing project-specific initiatives• Willingness to work on a shifting schedule and report on-site
