Our team harnesses the power of technology to drive innovation, deliver cutting-edge solutions and increase productivity.**You will be**:- Communicating with hiring managers to identify future job openings and the technical requirements for those jobs.- Writing job descriptions and posting to relevant media platforms.- Screening applicants for competency with the job requirements.- Arranging telephone, video, or in-person interviews.- Performing background and reference checks.- Offering job positions and completing the relevant paperwork.**The role WILL be a good fit if you**:- Experience working on IT hiring for technical roles, including but not limited to Full Stack, Back-end,Front-end, and Mobile etc.- Strong experience into contract staffing- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Ability to work independently and manage a large number of tasks per day.- Good negotiation skills- Work experience on Niche skills**The role WILL NOT be a good fit if you**:- Would rather take it slow and deliver perfectly- Can be overwhelmed with competing priorities and aggressive timelines- Are unable/unwilling to get in the weeds to understand and solve the core issues**Job Types**: Full-time, PermanentPay: Php30,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Paid trainingSchedule:- 8 hour shift- Day shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Commission payAbility to commute/relocate:- Binondo: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)Application Question(s):- Do you have a laptop to work from home?- Are you comfortable with Monthly pay?**Experience**:- Technical Recruitment: 2 years (required)**Language**:- English (required)Willingness to travel:- 75% (preferred)
