**Responsibilities**:**RECRUITMENT**- Manages recruitment process, which may include sourcing, interviewing, and on boarding both for rank-and-file and managerial positions.- Prepare and maintain 201 Files, Contracts, and other legal documents**COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS**- Supervise the preparation of Timekeeping and Overtime Payment report for Payroll Processing- Supervise and monitor Government Mandatories Remittances and compliance- Connect with Business Partners that provide Employee Benefits i.e. HMO Provider, Insurance Provider, Event Places/Organizers etc.- Analyzes trends in compensation and benefits, researches and proposes competitive base and incentive pay programs, if applicable, to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talents.**TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT**- Coach leaders on designing organization structure and workforce planning; advocate and support leaders on performance and talent acceleration related initiatives and projects.- Creation of employee documentation - Regularization, Performance management forms, Employee movements, etc.- Support in developing performance management system helps managers drive performance in their teams- Provide support in providing performance measurement, reporting, analysis and feedback**LABOR RELATIONS**- Oversees employee disciplinary meeting, termination, and investigations.- Maintains compliance with local employment laws and regulations, and recommended best practices; review policies and revise/update as needed to ensure compliance.- Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources and employment law.- Responsible for implementing employee discipline process.- Recommend action for employee grievance and possible violations.- Ensure legal compliance by monitoring and implementing applicable human requirements, conducting investigations, maintaining records and representing the organization in hearings.- Enhance organization's human resources by planning, implementing and evaluating employee relations and human resource policies, programs and practices.- Provides support and guidance to the whole Human Resources team and departmental managers to understand the support and assistant needed for the continuous growth of the company.**Job Qualifcations**- Must be a graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management / Business Administration / Psychology or any related course.- With 3-5 years solid experience in all facet of Human Resources- Must have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and time management skills.- Knowledge of all HR functions (compensation & benefits, labor relations, recruitment, training & development)- Proficienct in MS Office, Knowledge of HRIS is a plus, Analytical skills- Able to work under pressure, adapt in fast-facing environment and perform multi-tasking.- Willing to work on site in Tomas Morato, Quezon City- Able to start ASAP.**Job Type**: Permanent**Salary**: From Php25,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Company Christmas gift- Company events- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Pay raise- Promotion to permanent employeeSchedule:- Monday to FridaySupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Performance bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- When can you start?**Experience**:- Human Resources: 3 years (preferred)
