**Job Purpose**:Accomplishes department objectives by supervising staff; organizing and monitoring work productivity, results-driven output, and process of offshore operations. Responsible for coaching, resolving issues, and serving as a link between subordinates and upper management.- Manage offshore operations but not limited to first-day ready recruiting operations and administration.- Manage staff site assignments including workforce, process adherence, productivity, and results.- Work closely with stakeholders and partners to resolve issues pertaining to upcoming tech check schedules and details- Identify potential gaps such as termed status, wrong profile security groups/OUs and be able to work with the supervisor, stakeholders, and partners for solutions before tech check- Handle training of new joiners along with Pit Crew Managers- Provide oversight and direction to the employees in the operating unit in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.- Empower employees to take responsibility for their assigned function metric.- Delegate responsibility and expect accountability and regular feedback.- Lead employees to meet the organization's expectations on quality, continuous improvement, and goal accomplishments.- Provide effective employee engagement, performance feedback through regular fun days, employee recognition, and coaching and or disciplinary action with the assistance of Human Resources, when necessary- Manager employee attendance and contingency plans including assignments, job rotation, training, vacations, and paid time off.- Accomplishes staff job evaluations, coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees; planning, monitoring, and appraising job results; conducting training; implementing and enforcing Alorica systems, policies, and procedures- Maintains a safe and healthy work environment by establishing and enforcing organization standards.- Setting daily/weekly/monthly goals as necessary and communicating with employees- Submit reports on performance and progress results.- Closely work with staff to collate data on our day-to-day operations- Keep a pulse on the HR TA efforts and whether these are in line with what we have set out to achieve.- Communicate with respective departments for any system/technology issues and concerns.- Support in training initiatives / deliver training to employees as and when needed.- Keep track of adherence to Global Talent Acquisition process workflow and manage team deliverables consistently.- Any other task that will be assigned as needed.**Job Context**:- Responsible for a Division HR TA Administration support role. Responsible for Managerial activities.**Communication & Working Relationships**:Talent Acquisition Team in North America/ Local HR/IT/Service Desk Team/ Offshore Team / HR TA Director**Qualifications, Experience & Skills**:**Minimum Qualifications**:- Graduate in any discipline with additional qualifications in HR / Personnel Management is desirable.- Minimum Experience:- 2-3 years experience as Supervising a team either in a BPO Volume Hiring, Operations, Support, or Global Shared Services. Technical operations experience is an added advantage.Job-Specific Skills:- Conversant with the latest trends in the HR Sourcing domain.- Hands-on experience in multi-dimensional HR Sourcing activities.- Excellent MS Office skills.- Knowledge of Taleo and other relevant HR software packages.- People dynamics & problem-solving.Generic Skills:- Excellent Communication & Interpersonal Skills.- Strong Attention to details- High Service Orientation.- Commitment to deadlines.- Should be able to empathize with people's needs.COMPETENCIES:- Managing Sourcing Operations.- Team Working.- Problem Solving.- Influencing & Communicating.- Analytical skills.**Salary**: From Php60,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Work from homeSchedule:- Evening shift- Night shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Quezon City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
