The Talent Acquisition Assistant will be working alongside the Talent Acquisition Officer throughout the recruitment process


Maximizing job portals for sourcing of applicants Assist Talent Acquisition Officer in hiring and screening of prospective candidates. Conducts call outs and text blasts of initially qualified applicants for invitation of interview Conducts test administration and initial interview Assistance and coordination for all recruitment paper works Assist Requesting Head/Hiring Manager during interviews Conducts job offer to new hires Minimum Qualifications:
Candidate must possess a degree in Psychology or Human Resources Preferably a licensed Psychometrician Must be willing to travel
