Job Description:
Initiate, plan, execute, and monitor strategic projects driving profitability, efficiency, and competition market analysis among others. Overall, have good end-to-end project management skills Ability to adapt and work in a fast-paced environment and learn the available systems and how to use them to drive efficiency Good communication skills to be able to collaborate with cross-functional projects and structure presentations to discuss with top management Strong problem-solving skills to be able to do root cause analysis and propose value-adding solutions Requirements: 3-7 years of experience in project management or operations Experience in partnering effectively on cross-functional projects or teams Experience leading complex operational and strategic initiatives Ability to work strategically, think structurally, and articulate concepts and business Flexible and adaptable; able to work in culturally diverse teams Experience in management consulting, FMCG, logistics, or e-commerce is a plus Have strong Excel skills, knowledge about SQL is added value
