Creatives Officer (Full-Time)

**Job description**- Contribute to brainstorming and creation of designs, illustrations, videos, animations and templates for content and marketing projects. Edit and revise outputs according to feedback.- Organize and assist acquiring assets required for the tasks or projects.- Collaborate with other teams to solve technical/creative issues to deliver key outputs on time.- Train and manage a team remotely.- Communicate with immediate supervisor and production officer, regarding personal and team's task progress.- Meet project deadlines and goals while being resourceful with assigned budget and resources.- Review storyboards and videos, provide effective feedback. Ensure outputs are within set guidelines, design, and animation standards.**Job requirements**- Graduate of Bachelor's Degree in Fine Arts, Multimedia Arts, Animation, Advertising or equivalent.- 1 year or more of professional experience and portfolio in any of the following: motion graphics, illustration, video production, video editing- Expert knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere, and After Effects.- Strong illustration, design and motion graphics skills. Basic understanding of animation principles, storytelling, character rigging and video production.- Good organization and time-management skills.- Open to feedback but also able to justify creative decisions when needed.- Experience in managing a team of creatives.- Willingness to grow and improve as an individual and for the team.- Can work/collaborate remotely with a team while also being able to work with mínimal supervision.- Flexible and adaptive enough to work on multiple projects simultaneously and be able to keep up with fast-paced work environment.
