Key Responsibilities:
- Working closely with Head of Departments to drive new initiatives across different areas within Operations
- Reviewing and improving existing processes to increase efficiency and quality of service.
- Monitoring daily operations and KPIs to ensure departments are running smoothly, and identify bottlenecks
- Reporting to the Regional Operations Director
