Operations Manager

OPERATIONS MANAGERJOB QUALIFICATIONS- Graduate of Mechanical/Chemical Engineering with license- Must have at least 5 years of experience in the same capacity- Knowledgeable in Health, Safety and Pollution Control- Preferably with BOSH Certification, DOLE Accreditation, and a PCO is a plus- Can deal with all levels in the organization with high maturity level and strong leadership skills- A leader with initiative and problem-solving skills- Objective and firm in all decision making- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- Accurate and precise attention to details- Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently- Good organizational skills; action-oriented and analytical team player, strong communication and interpersonal skills- Honest, disciplined, organized and has a positive and mature outlook- Has the ability to handle work under pressure- Highly trustworthy and can work with minimum supervision- Can start immediately**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent**Salary**: Php35,000.00 - Php50,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Health insurance- Opportunities for promotion- Paid trainingSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary
