Senior Manager - Insurance - BFS-Philippines - PHP - INS004024
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Managing operations and ensure that service delivery is as per service levels agreed
Collaborate across teams to accomplish tasks and deliverables on an ongoing basis under very tight deadlines
Create and implement a powerful internal and external communication strategy and initiatives
Build strong client partnerships & leadership connects
Managing client stakeholders and ensuring they are kept abreast of service delivery, any key issues / challenges
Partner with client stakeholders to resolve any issues in operations management
Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among team members

QUALIFICATIONS
candidate should have at least 3++ years experience in management role
must have experience in working in HR Shared Services, HUMAN RESOURCE OUTSOURCING
has experience in Data Management
must be knowledgeable in Payroll Processess and Processing
must be knowledgeable in CORE HR Processess
must be knowledgeable in HR tools- i. e Peoplesoft, SAP
an experience in Human Resource Outsourcing- HRO a strong advantage
Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree , Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, Professional License (Passed Board/Bar/Professional License Exam), Post Graduate Diploma / Master's Degree, any field.
At least 3 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Preferably Managers specializing in Human Resources, Human Resource Outsourcing (HRO) or equivalent
