Corporate Recruiter

Get to work for a BPO company that provides business outsourcing services in finance and accounting, transaction, legal processes, bill collections and customer service as a Corporate recruiter. Role and responsibilities include:- Conduct the process from the stage of locating potential applicants via various sources, such as social media or resume banks, to interviewing and offering positions to qualified- Working closely with hiring managers to define needs and structure the recruitment plan- Crafting the company's talent acquisition strategy- Track recruitment KPIs, like time to hire, source of hire and time to fillQualifications include:- At least 4yrs in a supervisory position- Can speak fluent English and can effectively communicate hiring updates in a timely manner- Can source and create initiatives to make sure the applicant flow is high- Can create trackers and is familiar with excel- Easy to work with and must be fun too is a plus- Comfortable with a hybrid work set upPay: Php30,000.00 - Php38,000.00 per monthAbility to commute/relocate:- Cebu City, Cebu: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)Application Question(s):- What is your nationality?- Are you currently employed?
