In your new role you will: Coordinate between end user, internal resources & service provider for the flawless execution of setup & request related to production to ensure uninterrupted, timely & cost effective setup to support site core business. To involve in define & review the related project management systematics, tools, resources & etc to ensure project deliverables are achieved all time. Responsible for project site control, acceptance, buy off , project documentation & project handover & closure. Responsible for team competency and people development to ensure continuality and sustainability of FM processes. Manage the relationship with the internal & external client as well as all stakeholders Responsible for risk management to minimize & mitigate project risks to corporate and business process As the site focal person in supporting produciton requirement, re-layout and machine hookup activities: 1. Site : Production & Backend IE, OPC & internal FM team. 2. Regional : Technical exchange and benchmark You are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Electro-Mechanical) or other relevant field with demonstrated capability in this field. Minimum 8 years related experience in facilities management/services/engineering. Understand the business process flow in Facility Management especially on facility project management systematic and workflow. Knowledge in working principle of facility infrastructure system such as electrical, mechanical, cleanroom & building automation.
