Assistant Salesman

As the "Salesman's Wing", serves as an aide and confidant to the sales representative.- Performs and/or shares all sales representatives' tasks as delegated by the immediate head on a case-to-case basis or as the need arises.- Carries, arranges, stores, and secures stocks in vehicle and apartment until delivery to customers.- Provides direct support in maintaining proper inventory.- Checks the quality and quantity of stocks during Add Stocks, Change Stocks, and during Extracts.- Drives truck or other vehicles over established routes or within an established territory in providing marketing and sales support.- Exudes a pleasing personality and a friendly aura that gives the company a good image on its clientele's impression.- Transacts with the customers and clients in the absence of the sales representative as authorized by the company.- May collect payments (ex. cash, checks, bank facilitated) from customers and record transactions on receipts upon authorization of sales representative and sales manager.- Updates and conducts follow-up in the completion of Customer Information Sheet.- Prepares customer orders and sales documents according to company guidelines.- Assists in informing regular customers of new products or services and price changes.- Assures that no Credit Memo, Near Shelf Life, and Defective Stocks are left in the vehicle or apartment.- Maintains and cleans issued vehicle as a demonstration of responsible stewardship or "may malasakit".- Performs other job related duties and responsibilities as determined by immediate head and/or performs job related tasks that may arise as needed**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate**Benefits**:- Company Christmas gift- Opportunities for promotion- Pay raiseSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Commission pay- Performance bonus- Quarterly bonus- Yearly bonusAbility to commute/relocate:- Toril, Davao del Sur: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (preferred)**Experience**:- Sales: 1 year (preferred)License/Certification:- Driver's License (preferred)
