Pmo Service Managers

Serves as the main point of contact for all projects under O&M (Operate and Maintain).- Manages budget allocations and resource utilization for all O&M projects.- Oversees service delivery.- Leads and manages the delivery team.- Establish and enhance delivery processes.- Develops partnerships and liaise with other teams.- Maintain positive relationships with clients and identify customer needs.- Manages customer expectations.- Other job-related activities that may be assigned from time to time.**Job Qualifications/Requirements**- Education - Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science or equivalent- Related Work Experience - 3+ years of service delivery or project management related experience. Experience in managing web and Mobile projects. Experience working in a fast-paced environment. Experience in dealing with multicultural stakeholders. Proven ability to solve problems creatively- Knowledge - Strong familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices- Skills- Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.- Meticulous attention to detail.- Excellent communication skills both written and oral**Location**: YONDU HQ
