Security Supervisor

**Minimum Requirements**:- Must be a **LICENSED BS Criminology** graduate or equivalent- At least 2-5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.- Must also be a **CERTIFIED SECURITY PROFESSIONAL****Job Summary**:- Exercise supervision and administration in the conduct of security administration of the company, secures premises and personnel by patrolling property; monitoring surveillance equipment; inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points; permitting entry.- Supervises in the dispatch of security assignment or posting of security details.- Conduct regular patrols assigned areas on foot, checking for fires, vandalism, suspicious activity or persons or safety/fire hazards, including possible vicinity treat, including the completion reports by recording observations, information, occurrences, and surveillance activities.- Investigates and/or reports hazards, unusual or suspicious circumstances to HRM Section Head for correction or follow-up actions; maintains communication with HR Supervisor - Employee Relations.- Provides training and education to his subordinates.**Benefits**:- Additional leave- Health insurance- Life insurance- On-site parking- Opportunities for promotion- Paid training- Transportation service providedSchedule:- Day shiftSupplemental pay types:- 13th month salary- Bonus pay- Overtime pay
