Sales Training Officer

Sales Training Officer Job Description: Support in achieving Branch & Dealership Sales objectives by maximizing Sales Team effectiveness by identifying sales skills gap, developmental needs and sales policies compliance gap and providing several interventions to drive increase sales performance through training, audit, coaching and experimental learning. Design and update learning materials relevant to the localized requirement of the district being served. Covered the required programs and activities according to the audit and training calendar. Equip new Sales Consultants by conducting orientation to sales process; developing individual coaching plans; providing resources and assistance. Conduct regular product training to equip staff with the latest product information. Determine the training needs of Sales Consultants through observing sales encounters; studying sales reports; dialogue with Sales Managers. Qualifications: Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Training and Development, Education, Human Resource Management, Business Administration/Management or any related course. At least 5 years of working experience in the related field. Strong and confident communication skills. Know-how in creating presentations and visual aids related to training. Required skill(s): Curriculum Development, Sales Product Training, Coaching and Mentoring Willing to be assigned in C5 Pasig branch.
