Job Responsibilities:
Train new employees on our business and operations, which includes flight, hotel, trains, cars, et al Facilitate learning and development by making training plans, organizing training schedules, evaluating success by getting feedback from trainees/employees Develop training materials and deliver knowledge logically; update modules,as necessary Assess new employees' learning speed to competency, address issues that may arise during training, and provide suggestions on our business, as necessary. Job Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Management , Comms, and/or any relevant field Excellent verbal and written English communication skills At least 2 years' experience in customer care center training management; travel industry, preferred Project management experience or training experience in organizational behavior training, preferred Detail-oriented; strong organization and coordination skills
