Job Description:

Century Pacific Food, Inc. is seeking a talented and experienced Online Live Chat Manager to join our team in Manila, NCR, Philippines. This part-time position is ideal for a candidate with at least 8 years of experience in a similar role and who is looking to take on a mid-to-senior level position in a dynamic and growing company.

Responsibilities:- Manage the online live chat platform, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries and providing excellent customer service.- Develop and implement strategies to optimize the online chat function, improving efficiency and customer satisfaction.- Train and mentor team members to deliver high-quality support through the live chat channel.- Analyze chat data and metrics to identify trends, opportunities for improvement, and customer preferences.- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all channels.- Handle escalated customer issues and provide resolutions in a professional and timely manner.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in online customer service.

Requirements:- 8+ years of experience in a customer service or online chat management role.- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities simultaneously.- Reliable and dedicated work ethic.- Proven strategic planning and time management skills.- Proficiency in using online chat platforms and customer service software.- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
