Our respected client is seeking a professional with strong sales background, hospital network and KOL management in Visayas and Mindanao, and has handled District or Territory Managers for the job of Regional Sales Manager.

Job summary

The Regional Sales Manager for Visayas and Mindanao is responsible for leading, coaching, controlling the sales force to achieve sales targets and implement the sales and marketing strategy in accordance to plans and policies. He/she will handle District Managers and will report to the Sales Director based in Manila.Key job responsibilities include:
Sets working plans and standards in accordance with the sales and marketing strategiesAchieves national sales target both in products and number of customers as per monthly and quarterly plan and increase sales of existing customersManages the preparation of relevant budgets for direct reports, required reporting and forecasts in accordance with business requestsMonitors performance of S/DBMs to achieve district call frequency targetsMonitors performance of District Business Manager to achieve district target number of customers in a given monthCoordinates districts and assists S/DBMs in developing field based activity plans based on customer segmentation and targeting principles to maximise results and prevent duplication of sales effortsManages the district business manager to ensure full implementation of the marketing planEnsures achievement of planned vs actual # of attendeesEnsures achievement of planned activitiesCollaborates closely with Marketing Team on the planning and implementation of marketing programsManages the district sales manager to ensure full implementation of the marketing planCoaches, develops and motivates DBMs to ensure they achieve agreed revenue and profit targetsConducts appraisal on the performance of subordinatesSubmits in-field coaching form to SFE within the required time frames.Oversees, follows-up, audits and corrects working plans and procedures in order to achieve the sales target

Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Science or Business. MBA Degree is an advantage
Three Years (min.) experience in Sales Management in a pharmaceutical multinational company.Self- motivated, possesses good follow-up abilities, good problem solving and analytical skills.Strong leadership and analytical skills.Good communication skills.Market Analysis and PlanningSellingTerritory ManagementProduct knowledgeHospital account managementKey opinion leader’s managementCustomer relationsMaintain collaborative working relationship with customers, peers, and other departmentsCross-functional influencingBusiness leadership/acumenCoaching & leadershipFocus on stakeholders
