OverviewReports directly to the Assistant Manager for Sourcing, US Support. The main role of the Recruitment Specialist will focus on US Recruitment Operations which involves an end to end recruitment. This role is vital in screening and profiling candidates to a specific role which is crucial in the selection process.ResponsibilitiesDuties and Responsibilities:Responsible for sourcing, screening, and evaluating qualified candidates for all external requirementsResponsible for profiling initial and behavioral interviews, and presenting qualified non-agent/agent candidates to the hiring manager and oversees the scheduling of the department interview with the appropriate hiring managerResponsible for facilitating a smooth internal hiring processResponsible in encoding necessary information into the system in an accurate and timely mannerResponsible for supporting the entire team in meeting the hiring targetsQualificationsCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science Human Resources and related degreeAt least one (2) years of BPO recruitment doing end to end recruitment (volume hiring) in a BPO/call center settingExcellent communication skills in both oral and writtenMust be of legal age to work in the PhilippinesWilling to work in a fast paced environmentMust be willing to work on a Night Shift scheduleMust be willing to work in Ortigas, Pasig once work-from-home set up is lifted relative to the pandemic situation.
