Job summary:
We are currently looking for a motivated Recruiting Manager to assist in building our growing team. A hands-on recruiting role, this person will be focused on sourcing and identifying qualified candidates with our current recruiting team while continuing to develop the recruiting department. This position will be responsible for supporting all of our current campaigns along with any future campaigns and participate in other recruiting/HR related initiatives to provide the best recruiting support possible.
Primary responsibilities:
Create, design and implement all recruiting initiatives in our search for superior employee candidates. Your own professional acumen, communication skills and work ethic will be critical to your success. You will be expected to:
Execute creative recruitment and sourcing activities using industry best practices to include direct sourcing, industry networking, Internet-based and social media recruiting, emerging technologies, diversity, and outreach to appropriate organizations.
Develop and establish recruiting strategies and processes to attract, acquire and retain talent.
Identify key metrics, be able to answer why they are important, and measure them within capabilities that are currently held or easily attainable.
Providing leadership to recruitment staff including setting clear expectations and holding the team accountable. In addition, providing coaching, counseling, training and development, and disciplinary action.
Develop team-specific objectives and ensure team is accomplishing them by establishing an evidence-based approach to analyzing activity and trends through appropriate data collection and metrics and to ensure all reporting data is timely, accurate and available.
Facilitate a culture that encourages continuous improvement, which may include mentoring and developing junior recruiters professionally.

Qualifications:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources, Management or related field.
Must have 3+ years of experience in a recruiting function, with at least 1 year of experience leading a full lifecycle recruiting team comprised of team leads and recruiters, and at least 6 months of those being a part of an internal talent acquisition team
Must have experience performing full lifecycle recruiting including consulting with the business on needs, sourcing active and passive candidates (including thorough pre-qualification screening, interviewing and closing candidates across multiple levels and disciplines), selection and offer negotiation, as well as extensive client and candidate management experience.
Expertise and advanced knowledge of sourcing tools (including internet sourcing tools and social media) and placing talent from a multi-source pipeline (such as internal candidates, networking, direct sourcing methodologies, conferences, etc.)

Must have strong ethics, influence and negotiation, interpersonal skills, communication, and the ability to effectively manage stress and engage in continuous learning.
Must have the ability to learn quickly and think on your feet with meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational, time management and follow-through skills.
Must provide leadership and achieve results by motivating self and others to overcome obstacles and build team cohesion.
Must have the ability to prioritize and be highly organized, delegating and monitoring the progress of assignments, and holding employees accountable for results.
Must have the ability to perform effective resource and project planning, decision making, results delivery, team building, and the ability to stay current with relevant technology and innovation.
