Quality Assurance Analyst

The Quality Assurance Analyst is responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of software products through meticulous testing and validation processes. This role involves developing and executing test plans, identifying and documenting defects, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to address quality issues. The ideal candidate possesses strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering high-quality software solutions.Qualification - Bachelor's degree in a related field (such as business, communications, or customer service) preferred- 2-3 years of experience in a quality assurance role within a BPO or customer service environment- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail- Experience with quality monitoring software and tools- Ability to work independently and in a team environment- Strong organizational and time management skills
