Job Highlights- 15 VL & 15 SL upon regularization, pro-rated- HMO with one (1) dependent upon regularization- 7.5 unused VL conversion and 10 unused SL conversion**Job Description**:Your responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:- Audits and Quality check of Operations Department and Collections Department- Data gathering and conducting Root Cause Analysis to come up with recommendations and action plans to improve identified opportunities and change in the process.- Provide regular reports (weekly/monthly/ on-demand) regarding the overall process performance of PH Operation Department and Collection Department.- Provide feedback, coaching, and training for improving the performance of PH Operation Department and Collection Department.- Investigation of fraud cases, unwanted activities that may affect the business or so.- Creation, Revision, Participation in cross-functional projects to optimise processes in PH Operation Department and Collection Teams as may be deemed necessary- Process Improvement that can promote and positively impact the company and raise the standard of quality of OLP's products and services.- Flexible in other tasks from other teams.SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:Essential- Knowledge of Products, Technology and Competition- Ability to communicate and keen listener- Experience in Gathering Data and conducting Root Cause Analysis- Intermediate to Advance knowledge/skills in MS Office (Excel, PPT, Word, etc)- Shorthand Literate- Willing to work on holidays, extended hours, weekends- Experience in Presentations- Experience in handling and development coaching of quality assurance agents- A good understanding and experience in conducting coaching sessions, calibrations and huddles- Experience in process documentation- Experience in Process improvement (preferred)Desirable- Diligent and Patient- Honesty/ Integrity- Flexible and Cooperative- Team Player- Open to Feedback- Keen eye to details- Promotes Accountability and Responsibility**Salary**: Php25,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month**Benefits**:- Company Christmas gift- Work from homeSchedule:- 8 hour shiftSupplemental Pay:- 13th month salary- Performance bonusCOVID-19 considerations:All applicants must be fully vaccinated.Ability to commute/relocate:- Mandaluyong City: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
