Quality Assurance & Control (Manufacturing, Transport & Logistics)
Preferred qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Food Technology or Chemical Engineering or with equivalent work experience in TSD / QA / QC as Supervisor or Manager in a food manufacturing facility. He/She is willing to work in an Office and Production / Manufacturing / Warehouse setup with more than 500 employees. Strong leadership skills, capable of motivating and leading a team, with a results-oriented and responsible mindset. Proficiency in Google and Microsoft applications, with an ability to adapt to and utilize the latest technology. Familiarity with food production planning processes, warehouse and plant operations, safety regulations, GMPs, HACCP, proper documentations, and filing, etc. is preferred. Possesses good knowledge relevant to the position applied for. Demonstrates good work ethics and a strong sense of morals. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills. Hardworking, organized, trustworthy, loyal, adaptable and has a positive attitude. Preference for residents of Bulacan Area or nearby areas who are willing to be assigned in Guiguinto, Bulacan.
