You represent the company in the support services department and your true goal is to provide support in building a safe, fun, and secure environment for each TM.
WHAT WILL YOU DO Office/Community Operations Main Responsibilities  Day to Day Respond to Community and Office Operations Ticket and requests  Monitor day-to-day Office operations  Responsible for reconciliation & replenishing office supplies Vendor/Procurement Management  Assessments  Contracts with Vendors  Assist in Supervision of the support staff (, Security Personnel) Take training and courses in line with Project management Tie-Ups and Partnerships Procurement and recommendation of partners. Project Based Business Permits  Legal Support Operations Improvement processes  Office Improvements, beautification and expansion. Ramp Up:  Be available round the clock during ramp-ups.  Manage office space and needs during the ramp-ups Supervise a team of security officers to manage the crowd during ramp ups  Wfh ramp up support for device needs.  Support for other Teams (outside of the device and space needs) Finance Recording and tracking payments in databases Analyze financial data and ensure compliance Provide support for internal and external audits PX / PE  Collect and ensure completion of documentation requirements for benefits applications Coordinate with the SS teams on Employee benefit programs like Tenureship Rewards  Manage the inventory of the Welcome kits and the tenure rewards as well as the quarterly and regular rewards.  Be part of the Employee engagement team as an organizer and supporter  Boldr Clubs: Organize, Support and engage in initiatives  Impact  Support for Company Events L&D Support for Workshops and L&D initiatives  Drive Compliance campaigns I.T Enforcing Data privacy policies Assist with the device procurement and IT supplies. Assist with the Logistics of the devices. CX / Implementations / EOR Support the teams in the procurement of devices and tokens/meals to TMs for their internal projects  Assist with the Procurement of tokens for events.  Assist team leaders and members with emergency health and office needs.  Support the internal manager (People manager) for the EOR team members  Ensure that the support provided to BMO and ODO teams are also provided to these TMS.  Talent Acquisition Assist with the special needs during special events. Assist with the Logistics and procurement for TA events. HSE TEAM Assist HSE Team with policy implementation pertaining to Health and Safety.
