**ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES**1. Responsible for all site administrative functions2. Responsible for all site manpower documentation and human relations process3. In-charge on monitoring of all site new work permits and licenses process4. Monitors site staff attendance, time management, and standard functions5. Coordinates with the company management on any updates and information6. Monitor project site worker's documentation process, issues, and human-related concerns7. Monitor site progress and actual accomplishments with regards to the human relations approach8. Perform all tasks assigned by superior from time to time.**QUALIFICATIONS**EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION:- College graduateEXPERIENCE:- With at least 1 year of work experience as site admin in the construction projectREQUIRED KNOWLEDGE:- Knowledgeable in Human Relations approach and processesSKILLS/ABILITIES:- Keen to details- Able to multi-task- Good interpersonal and communication skills*MUST BE WILLING TO START ASAP*Schedule:- Day shiftAbility to commute/relocate:- Ormoc City, Leyte: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)**Experience**:- Human Resources: 1 year (preferred)
