Full Job Description:Kredo Japan is seeking a full-time IT Staff to guide Japanese interns in acquiring IT-relatedskills and knowledge.Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:• Lead Japanese interns in creating projects by sharing industry experience and codestandards.• Act as a project manager for a group of interns, managing tasks, and assisting with code-related issues.• Differentiate instruction to accommodate various learning styles and appreciate interns'learning differences.• Assist interns in setting up their local environments and review code before merging itinto the master branch.• Conduct daily standup meetings to gather updates from interns.Minimum Qualifications:• Holder of a degree in Information Technology or any related course• Proficient in the following programming languages: HTML & CSS, Bootstrap, PHP(Procedural), PHP (OOP), any PHP framework, and Git.• Minimum of one year of work experience using PHP programming language.• Professional experience with Laravel is preferred.
