Job Description
This is a remote position.
Design for digital marketing campaigns across websites, such as promotional banners and pop-up messaging Conceptualize visuals based on requirements
Prepare rough drafts and present ideas
Develop illustrations, logos and other designs using software or by hand
Use the appropriate colors and layouts for each graphic
Work with copywriters and creative director to produce final design
Test graphics across various media
Amend designs after feedback
Ensure final graphics and layouts are visually appealing and on-brand
Requirements 3-5 years' experience working in a similar role Ability to collaborate with various stakeholders within the team to create relevant content for our clients that engage their customers
Exceptional skills in articulating and presenting ideas and concepts effectively
Ability to work in a face-paced environment, meet deadlines and adapt to change
Fluency in Adobe Creative Suite (particularly in Photoshop and Illustrator)
Adobe After Effects and InDesign is also desired. Ability to design EDMs Skills to build on Smartrmail is desirable but not mandatory.
Creative design for social media assets such as social ads, campaigns, and promotional carousels across various platforms such as Facebook and Instagram Thoughtful design that is curated for specific brand requirements and brand style guides
Consistently keeping up to date with the latest design trends and new technology
Thoughtful attention to detail
Animation skills are also desired but not mandatory
