Job Description:
The main role and responsibility of the Project Manager is to support and work with Senior Project Managers, Business Development Manager, and Network Director in delivering aspiration of 300+ active and profitable Chatime stores by 2021.
Supplement SPM and whole BD team in securing potential store details such as, but not limited to the following:
Secure store blowup plan Confirm potential store layout dimensions (length, width, height) Provide coordinates for space planning Analyze market drivers: foot traffic, nearby direct competitors, etc. Sketching store layout and providing suggested store front based on analysis of traffic count Coordinate with operations on initial fit out planning and get their feedback Coordinate with lessors from site acquisition to maintenance Coordinate with purchaser for project needs. Ensure on time and in full delivery of suppliers. Monitor budget if project along with purchaser. Coordinate with specialized contractors/suppliers on timelines; scheduling of installation Review specs of supplier shop drawings together with architect and interior designer Review contractor’s quotation and provide recommendations Ensure contractors finish projects within the agreed timeline based on submitted gant chart; supported by pictures Visit projects on milestone accomplishments (recommended 2x per week) Ensure workmanship of contractors/suppliers are up to Chatime standards Ensure all tests are done, with supporting documents from mall and/or supplier Assist on the caring and maintenance of existing sites Minimum Qualifications:
Licensed Engineers Have a strong background in business skills, management, budgeting, and analysis Good communication and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving skills Preferably male With at least 2 or 3 yrs experienced in the same managerial position Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
