Qualification:
- Licensed Engineer, PM/Project Director
- Experienced at real estate/project management/owner role
- Must have 10 yrs experience and with a tleast 1 yr as experience as senior manager or director
- Handled major projects in high-rise residential
- Willing to work overtime
Job Description:
- Promote the development and construction progress of the project and fully implement various affairs; fully follow up the project's general development and construction planning, and coordinate with operation, design, cost, procurement, construction, and finance related departments
- Supervise and manage the general contractor and subcontractors, supervise the progress, quality, safety, cost, procurement, and contract matters of the project; take overall responsibility for the project.
