Job Description:
Supervision of production workers and production process Monitors the performance of the production area and production workers Maintains cleanliness and order in the production floor Overall responsibility for all aspects of the effective supervision, training & development and health, safety & welfare of your team. Be responsible for ensuring that the quality of the product and service within the Warehouse is maintained at the highest possible standards for the customer. Minimum Qualifications:
Graduate of Food Technology, Industrial, Chemical or Manufacturing Engineering With at least 2-3 years working experience preferably gained in a bakery set up or any manufacturing companies Preferably with knowledge on ISO/HACCP system Strong leadership capabilities, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong analytical and planning skills Good communication and presentation skills Excellent problem-solving skills
