Production Sr. Supervisor (Batangas)

Make 1-year budget plan considering 4Ms (Man, Machine, Material, Method) planning manpower allocation including training schedule·
Coordinate with the different section to solve different issues·
PDCA of daily production status·
Create efficiency review(Machine and Material)·
Conduct meeting with Process Engineer, Machine Engineer, QC, Safety, Human Resource to solve production issues·
Analyze current issues through PDCA·
Monitor the Stocks by extraction of data tool·
Purchase the parts which are used for Breakdown, Preventive and Corrective Maintenance·
Purchase the Tools and Equipment to be used by Machine Engineer·
Conduct Monthly Inventory of Stocks and submit to accounting Section·
Prepare the MPM report such as Parts Consumption, Budget Tracking, and Parts Cost Data·
Monitor the Production and Control Delivery·
Review the request from other countries (Europe, China, and other ASEAN countries except for Korea and Japan)
Communicate well with clients and customers·
Negotiate with Delivery schedule
A graduate of Bachelor's Degree·
With strong Management and Leadership skills·
Able to make production planning(budget)·
With above-average communication skills (logical thinking)·
Preferably with experience from a Japanese manufacturing company·
Willing to work in FPIP, Batangas
