**Responsibilities****PMO**- Consolidate reports covering all competencies.- Perform data input and ad-hoc requests that are not specialist in nature.- Assist track project milestones and deliverables.- Assist with special projects.- Provide support to competencies that needs capacity.**Scheduling****When requested**:- Schedule suitable Delivery Partners to complete construction jobs.- Ensure the correct construction documents are uploaded to job numbers in siteTRAX. Such as designs, BOMs, BOQs, and/or fibre record sheets.- Update the BOG file: review sites scheduled for the day & validate with Delivery Partners their missed schedule.**Materials Ordering**- Liaise with Project Managers/Engineers to confirm order requirements including what 'spares' may be required.- Order stock from clients or their suppliers.- Create purchase orders for each warehouse in company's Inventory Management Software (currently Unleashed) and submit confirmed orders in client ordering system for each warehouse.- Supply requested reports to the client and managers which include weekly SOH reports and daily usage reports as gathered through Power BI.- Identify excess stock on hand and if required organise returns of stock to the client or their suppliers, raising required paperwork with the client in their appropriate information systems and in IMS.- Assist the operating regions chase delayed or missing stock from the client or their suppliers.**General**- Attend and constructively participate in team and company meetings.- Escalate all appropriate matters to the Host Employee or Host Manager or other appropriate employee on a timely basis.- Adhere to relevant client policy or procedures.- Adhere to relevant MVP policies and procedures including Human Resources and Health and Safety policies and procedures.- Support other projects when requested by the manager.- Perform other reasonable duties as requested by management.**Qualifications**- 2+ years of project support in construction or telecommunications or utilities industries or similar- Intermediate Excel level (basic formulas)- Advanced to immediate English speaking and writing skills- Experience scheduling jobs (similar to a technician attending a call)- Ability to learn new software quickly, with a focus on attention to detail- Ability to create documents from a template sourcing relevant information
