Role- You will be responsible for Product Management acrossvarious products.- Most of our Clients are based in Australia and the USA. You will be required to work Australian business hours, with an importance on availability in the early morning hours to cross over with clients and team in the American timezones.- At the present time, we have a product team of 3 UXUI Designers, 7 Developers and 1 QA Engineer. We are actively recruiting more designers and developers.- We usually run between 5 to 10 client facing projects at any time, as well as a number of internal projects.- The role will be supported by company's Executive Assistant.- The role will work along side the Lead Developers, Lead Designers, and Mentor/Consultants.- The role will report directly to the Managing Director.**Responsibilities**:External- Create Product documentation for new client and internal digital products, for example capture initial Product Briefs, Product Roadmaps, Specifications and High-level Project plans for Statements of Work.- Build strong relationships of trust with Clients, including a high level understanding of client requirements.- Identify areas of technical risk on projects, and advise clients and project teams on approaches that are easier and more cost effective to implement (e.g. "that's a complex integration", "that's easy").- Estimate timelines and costs for client and internal Statements of Work in conjunction with Senior UXUI Designers and Developers.- Lead weekly client meetings for each project. Listen well, take sufficient notes from each meeting to share with the product team, and making recommendations about the best way forward.- Coordinating testing and documentation between the team and the client, being sure to involve the client in testing in a way that is appropriate for each client (some like more collaboration, some like less involvement and just get bought in at the end of the build).- Hand over projects to clients and facilitate the client signing off that work has been completed.- Get approval from the Managing Director before submitting any proposals to Clients or binding the company into any agreements.- Successfully manage client expectations and making sure we don't overcommit as an Agency.- Assist with the recruitment of Devs and Designers.Internal- Participate in weekly project team meetings as required.- Lead asynchronous communication between the internal Project Team, communicating requirements, answering questions, escalating issues back to the clients, using tools such as Slack, Jira/Confluence, Google Suite, Loom, Figma Comments, Lucid Comments and StartInfinity.- Before, during and after phases of work, clearly identify what is in scope and what is additional scope to what is documented in the Statement of Work.- Lead meetings with the internal product team (Design, Devs, Project Manager, QA testers) to clarify the team's understanding of the written requirements.- Review and understand the design work done in Figma to identify potential issues, both from a UXUI flow and technical implementation of the designs. Suggest smarter or more efficient ways of achieving the client's priority in a time and cost effective way.- Contribute to the growth strategy and marketing of the company and our clients when specific opportunities present.- Escalate issues and opportunities to the Managing Director.- Work with existing and establish new systems for recording project documentation, project goals, tasks, accountabilities, progress, outcomes and success.- Help develop our team's product and project management practices, as well as remote work policy and asynchronous working practices - to enable us to be a high performing, remote team.- Record short how to videos about aspects of Product and Project management, to capture our team's knowledge in our internal knowledgebase and support new team members.**Requirements**:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Digital Design or a related field.- Post graduate degree or Immersive Certification Digital Product Management and/or Project Management is highly desirable.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Experience- 5+ years working in a senior, technical Product Management role.- Track record of delivering digital products in a fast paced environment.- Previous digital agency experience is highly desirable.**Benefits**:- HMO on Day 1- Temporary Work from Home Set-Up- SL/VLs- Paid Government-Mandated Benefits (SSS, PHIC, Pag-IBIG)- Day Shift- Equipment provided- Work-life balance
