Job title : Product Manager Location: Office-based Job type: Permanent About the job Main responsibilities: 1. Sales and Profitability Grow the company through the product's sales, market share and profitability by optimizing resources within budget levels.
2. Strategy Formulation and Life Cycle Management Manages life cycles of assigned products to achieve maximum growth and penetration potentials over the long term.
Manages the brand equity of assigned products as a key component of strategy formulation.
3. Market and Financial Planning Prepares business reviews, LRPs, budgets and marketing plans.
Spearheads Strategic Planning Sessions for assigned products w/ Sales counterparts.
4. Program Implementation Ensures timely and efficient implementation of medico-marketing programs.
i. Product Advisory Boards/ Speakers
ii. Market Research Projects
iii. Communication of key messages through CME and direct communication.
iv. Patient Programs
v. Product launches
vi. International and local congresses
vii. Manage pricing strategies
5. Risk Assessment Responsible in assessing all risk involved in the scope mentioned in the Position Mission Statement IN ORDER TO safeguard the company from possible exposure
6. HSE RESPONSIBILITIES Responsible in complying and meeting all HSE roles and responsibilities in accordance to the existing HSE Policy.
About you Experience : Must have relevant experience in product management of ethical products in the pharmaceutical industry. Experience in handling Diabetes portfolio is an advantage. Soft skills : Must have strong marketing skillset and excellent strategy thinking. Technical skills : Knowledgeable in MS applications Education : College degree, preferably in a business-related course.
