Product Strategy Associate

About the RoleWe are looking for an experienced strategy officer to shape our team's long-term vision and develop measures that realize our business objectives. This role will be tasked with assessing team performance, developing OKRs, and implementing new strategic initiatives that improve team effectiveness and build a sustainable competitive advantage.**What You Will Do**Be responsible for upkeep squad base health status by ensuring other sub-teams going with company's direction- Develop team OKR based on company goals and advise other departments on their OKR setting- Identify key issues and challenges, provide recommendations and coordinate with relevant sub-functions within the Squads for execution**What You Will Need**- Minimum educational background: Bachelor- 5-7 years of overall experience, with 2+ years in management role- Preference towards Management Consulting, Operation, or Tech start up Environment- Excellent problem solving and project management skills- In-depth analytical, keen sense of data and numbers**About Poplar Homes**- Poplar Homes is a fast-growing Silicon Valley proptech company founded in 2014.
